Food was good, not excellent. Layout and atmosphere was excellent. Owners clearly care about what they have built. Photos include rump steak, monkfish tacos and kids mac n cheese
Oh my gosh. The concept as a whole interested us, so we decided to give it a try. I had the Cali burrito. I can honestly say It was probably the best food I had ever tasted. The pudding was also amazing! Shout out to the super friendly barmaid/waitress. Overall amazing experience. 100% would go back next time I'm in the area.
We had a great final holiday night meal, the house burger, Halloumi flat bread and a kids burger. Mac Cheese with chorizo and spicy fries on the side. Restaurant quality food at pub prices! The staff were fantastic, atmosphere was great, nice venue and decent quality drinks to boot.
What a find…we’ve been going to Bluestone and didn’t know this was on the door step. Great location, even better food and facilities.
We booked last minute and had a lovely meal. We tried the pizza, nachos, tostada and the braised beef wrap and all of it was super tasty. If we lived locally we would be regulars. Service was really friendly and watching the activities on the lake was nice. They allow dogs, take card and have good vegetarian options. It can get cold as you are literally in a half open tipi. They have blankets but best to bring a jumper with you just in case.
We found this little gem by chance and even from the first look, a Tip pee to walking inside and thinking, this is amazing, so cool and it was lovely and warm. We didn't book and were lucky enough to get a table. I had the OG burger and my partner had a Beetroot burger which I tasted as it was lovely. Food came quick even though it looked busy. Both burgers were divine and the fries were lush too. I had a coke and my partner had a beer. We couldn't fit desserts in but looked at another table and they loved bloody gorgeous. There is a Wakeboarding lake on site and that looks fun for a beginner or the more experienced person. We will definitely be back.
Beautiful remote location, cosy surroundings, and the food was delicious! Take layers and it did get a little cold, but the overall experience was wonderful.
